Set just 3 km from the beach in the peaceful leafy grounds of a former orchard, Siblu’s In de Bongerd holiday park in the Zeeland region, in the south west of the Netherlands, is a great choice for a Dutch camping holiday combining adventure and relaxation.

In de Bongerd boasts a brilliant range of facilities and services on-site, including kids’ clubs, a heated indoor swimming and paddling pool, outdoor sports pitches and indoor and outdoor play areas, plus a bar and restaurant.

There is lots to discover in the beautiful countryside of the local area, including the gorgeous expanses of Zeeland’s North Sea beaches, and tranquil green footpaths of the De Mantel nature reserve.

Camping In de Bongerd is located in Oostkapelle, on the beautiful Zeeland island of Walcheren. It's the perfect spot to discover the popular province of Zeeland and taste the "real" Dutch life. The campsite is located between the nature reserves of De Manteling and Oranjezon and a few minutes drive from several beautifully sandy beaches. During your holiday in Walcheren you can enjoy various cycling and hiking routes through the woods, dunes and beach or take a boat trip on the Eastern Scheldt, for example. Visit the Deltapark Neeltje Jans water park or historic places like the seaside town of Domburg, Middelburg, the provincial capital and the ancestral port of Vlissingen.

Vlissingen

Vlissingen is a lively seaside town with a beautiful beach and long boulevard (the longest in the Netherlands!). Attractions in Vlissingen include the Zeeuws Maritiem muZeeum, the marina and pilot harbors, and the Iguana Reptile Zoo.
Zeeland

Discover the original Zeeland (famous for having a country named after this region i.e. New Zealand!) This region is made up of peninsulas and islands and as such, one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Netherlands. It's an area great for hiking in the nature reserves or cycling along the well-kept cycle ways. Visit the Zeeland towns of Domburg and Middelburg to get a taste of the 'real' Zeeland. Middelburg is full of historic buildings from the VOC era as well as the famous Lange Jan Abbey. The seaside resort of Domburg is located on a beautiful beach and is surrounded by attractions such as the Terra Maris (the nature museum of Zeeland).
Manteling Nature Reserve

A real jewel of nature, the Manteling nature reserve is only a few square kilometers but it is made up of beautiful beaches and winding dunes. You can cycle or hike through the forest to the beach, admiring the unusually shaped trees and doing some bird-spotting plus there's a castle to visit.
Theme park Deltapark Neeltje Jans

Go wild at the water park Deltapark Neeltje Jans, which is a theme park with a difference. There's a fun water park plus a hurricane simulator, boat trips and seal and sea lion shows.
